An action performed by a player when the player wants to pass fewer than three tiles from their hand in the third pass of the Charleston Phase 1 (First Pass Left) or Phase 2 (Second Pass Right).
This action allows the player to pass one, two, or all three of the tiles being passed to them by another player instead of passing tiles from their own hand.
The player performing this action must not look at the tiles being passed in this action.
